A covered device is one Windows PC, Mac, or business workstation enrolled for ongoing support.
Phones, tablets, printers, Wi-Fi equipment, smart TVs, and smart-home devices can be supported as part of a scheduled service request, but they are not automatically counted as separately managed devices unless specifically included in your agreement.
